Visa on conditional offer letter

Hey,

I got offer letter from university and it has conditions such as I have to maintain average b grade and submit all transcript to university.

However, till 7th semester I have maintain my b grade average and last sem exam is over but it take time to get result.


So in this case can i apply for study permit and then when I got result I update transcript in my visa application.
So can anyone reply can i file visa or not?

You can apply and then update your file through webform once you have unconditional offer.

No. You have to provide it. They don’t ask for documents and will refuse an application with the note that documents are missing. It is your responsibility, not theirs.
