Hi my mother is traveling to Canada for one certificate program so can I travel with her as dependent and work in Canada.
I am 20 years old unmarried , financially dependent on my parents

You can come to Canada as a visitor but you can't work.

You can come along as a visitor if you have eTA or visitor visa. But you cannot work. And you can stay financially dependent on your parents.
