So recently, I tried logging in and my GCKey and account got revoked. I did apply to replace a lost study permit in April, so could that have anything to do with it? As well, I heard accounts are revoked if they are not used in like 2 years, which I suspect is the case but just wanted to be sure.

You cant recover once revoked but you can send new portal enrolment application and say you previously had an account. As way forward....
It could be any, inactive account, multiple wrong credentials etc. what is important is way forward
