What was the ship FROM Address in your UPS return Label? I think UPS made the exact same mistake with my return label and put the UPS Store's address as the Ship FROM Address ....
I just received my passport- I got a COPR with no photo on it and received a call from immigration advising that they will be sending me another package with a COPR document with my photo on it. Has anyone run into a similar issue? How long did you take to get the new COPR?
Hi, those who have submitted passport to New delhi-VAC, what all documents do they ask for Copr stamp ? I have been asked to submit passport along with 2 photos , letter sent by ircc and appendix A form to VAC-newyork. But my wife is in India right now and we are planning to send her passport to vac-delhi, so wanted to confirm if requirement are same?

Is it legal / safe for Indian citizens to send their original passports outside their country of residence (for example: US) to Canada for PR visa stamping?
Or, should I request IRCC to change the location from CPC Ottawa to LA / NY VAC?

I sent my passports to Canada and it was delivered today. But looks like it's safer if you could send it to NY.

Need some help on my case . My wife is primary applicant ( residing in India ) and I am secondary applicant ( residing in US ) . She received an email for Ready for Visa . My questions are:
1) Does primary and secondary applicant receive the mails separately or I can use the mail that she received to submit my passport
2) In the email , it is mentioned that the US residing people have to send the passport to Ottawa , however there is no tracking of the same. How much time in general it takes to get the passport and COPR.

I'm feeling led to create a community of new immigrants. This group has and is giving me so much, and has made me believe this world to be a better place.
Each one of us got here to help one another, this group gave me hope when I had none at all, and literally met some God sent people.
I know for many it's PPR, then COPR, and landing. But then, what? How to sustain your life in Canada? Does one need to start from scratch? How to find a job? Make a living? Everything before and everything in between.
I am not even sure if what I'm proposing is going to be a success, but it's a worth a try. We can reunite through the below group and offer support to each other even after we land.

Yes, Ottawa. You must send your passports to the location specified in their email/pdf, or request them to change the VO.
