How up to date is the new PR tracker?

Hi, I'm being asked (by email) to provide a supporting police certificate for my outland spousal sponsorship application but this request is not showing in the new PR tracker. What's your experience with the tracker? How up-to-date are the information and the requests for supporting documents there?

Did u provide the PCC at the time of application?

Did u provide the PCC at the time of application?

I did provide one (at the time of the application) for the country where I lived the most over the past years (UAE). But the one I'm asked to provide now is for London, which is where my file was transferred for further processing. Note that I did live for few years in London as well. Thanks
