Backdated employment information

When I submitted my EE application and received AOR, I was temporarily unemployed. I have 8+ years of NOC relevant work experience before that as part of EE.

I've been working freelance (hourly) under a new company I formed for the past few months.

Can I submit backdated evidence from the past few months for the work I've been doing to append to my submitted application?

Is there a backdate limit? My AOR is August 2021. I started working freelance in September 2021 through to March 2022. Can I submit all these months of work history to my updated application?

Is there a maximum gap of employment allowed for my NOC skills to valid? I believe I read 2 year gap somewhere, but I can't recall that anywhere now.

There is no maximum employment gap.

Don't submit anything unless IRCC asks you for an update. There's no need.
