Hi - can you please mention where we can request GCMS notes? I am on a similar boat - I haven't received an update since Dec 2020 (AOR). Thanks a lot.
https://www.justforcanada.com/order-gcms-notes.html

I ordered from here a few months ago. Got within a month. I had ordered from CBSA instead of IRCC. Both provide same notes effectively. Costs CAD 20.

The website has all the details necessary.

Also, if you have someone inside Canada, they can apply for GCMS notes on your behalf for like CAD 5.

Hi everyone.
I recently got my next ADR regarding
Proof of income . They are asking for 6months bank statement and payslip of my old company which I was working at the time of application.
But currently i changed my job and I had updated the same to ircc . Now my doubt is which six months statements shall i provide ?? Old company i worked for 5 years. So shall I submit the last six months of that company @legalfalcon

Also I had provided all those pay slips and bank statements at the time of application. Can I provide those same pay slips or should I get the last six months of that company ??
Someone pls suggest a good opinion @legalfalcon

@legalfalcon can guide better.
In my opinion, the last 6 months Salary Slip of old and current company and bank statement which contains both company salary credit history would be better.
I am also planning to send them via web form as I have also changed the company in Oct 2021.

Hi All,

Need some help here, any inputs will be appreciated

1) Upfront Medical - 17th Mar, 2022 and updated the same through webform.
Nevertheless, I got a Re-med Request on 21st April, 2022 { Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) }
Raised a webform to link my UMI number with my IME number and attached the Medical sheet, IMM1017E and Passport in webform - 22nd Apr

However, I got a standard response as last month - "We’re experiencing a high volume of requests, so our response may be delayed. We’ll respond to your inquiry as soon as possible."

I am worried, because the webform attempt to share info seemed futile last month and deadline for submission is 21st May. Is there any other way out? Should I get a medical done again?

2) On this forum , I hear a lot about Schedule A, However I have received only this - { Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) }, hope this doesn't require Schedule A to be submitted?

Please revert @legalfalcon or anyone who has faced similar issue

Just saw a guy received PPR who did upfront medical exam in Feb and received remed in March. It took 2 months for the upfront medical report to be linked.
I’m facing the same situation. I guess we can only wait.

What are your timelines on Upfront and Remed request? Good thing is that they touched the file, however hopefully they sync the details within the deadline extended for remedical.

Hi All, just received a remed request that needs to be completed in 30days. Is it a positive sign? or it just standard procedure for them to ask this since the old medical test has been expired since December?

Guys I’m facing same issue - couple days ago I did upfront and now received remed. And also don’t know how to handle it. I sent a webform with the news medical exam before I received a remed. Now thinking - should I do a new one so that it definitely gets attached?

Hey guys! I have been reading messages but couldn't find relevant info, can anybody help me please?
Our AOR is December 6, 2020. We have received an email requesting us to do re-medical and also to provide police clearance again, does it mean we have to attach same police clearances we provided before PLUS new one (starting from December 2020 until now)? I have attached many letters of explanation to my previous PCC (cause I had a period of 2 years in China that I wasn't able to provide PCC for). Should I attach all those letters and supporting evidences again?

Another issue is that I am living in Shanghai now, and we are currently under the major lockdown (covid reasons), the whole city is closed, nothing works. So I have no idea when it will be opened and when I can do my medical again, how can I ask for re-medical and police clearance (cause notary and embassy are all closed) extension?

Please help!
Thanks in advance!

Send web forms to them to explain the situation and ask for extension.

Dear @legalfalcon:

I am Dec 2020 AOR and recently received remeds and ADR. The ADR request includes medicals for my (non-accompanying) daughter, who is living in another city with my ex-wife (she is the sole custodian of our daughter). That city has imposed very draconian Covid restrictions and traveling out to a city with panel physicians is very difficult. Basically, I am not able to provide the medicals for my non-accompanying daughter. I understand this may result in application refusal, but is there anything I could do? Thank you so much! BTW we already decided to give up my rights to sponsor her via my status to immigrate to Canada.
