Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Hi everyone,

I have question for people who applied for their PGWP application and waiting from a long time for approval.
Has anyone crossed the date shared by IRCC as per work authorization letter?

I applied for my PGWP on Jan 06 and till date I do not have any updates apart from the work auth letter which is going to expire on May 06.

I am wondering what happens if PGWP does not get approved by then. Do I have to stop working?

Ypu can work till final decision has been made you are good to work

pgwp applied online- 6th feb
went for flagpole (montreal) -20th april (got work permit within 15 minutes)
they didnt ask any question
if anyone wants it urgently please go for flagpoling .

You did not ask the correct question in the first place. Also, the nationality does not matter for inland applicants. Neither for flagpoling. Why asking?

Trust me the nationality does matter. There is a lot of racist happening when it comes to giving out visas. Might not be in your case which is good for you.

Hello every one , i have applied my pgwp on sep 13 2021 and got my refusal on jan 21 2022, stating foreign students in canada are eligible for a workpermit for pgwp only if they have maintained full time student status , does any one know the process forward and guide me on the same?

Hi guys, there is some update from the minister regarding PGWP, PGWP extensions, CEC, FSWP. I want to encourage everybody that things can only get better in the coming days and weeks. Is this applicable for PGWP - it says WP-EXT except PGWP in the webpage ?
