Sometimes you can access ecas status before AOR but this just mean that you re about to get the AOR (or as it happened sometimes, they send it and you did not receive it yet ou will never).

Hi, can please anyone help me in applying for Quebec Selection Certificate for my Parents? its been more than a month, when i got letter for sponsorship approval and i could not find a way how to apply for the Quebec Selection Certificate as i do not know French?

Hi can you share when what is your timeline? when did you send the application? when did you get the AOR and letter for sponsorship approval?

Were you short 300$? You did not do refile? I know someone did refile taxes when they were short for income and got invites to sponsor parents

I don't think OP can change his/her income now. Not much can be done at this point.

Hello, my parents applied on DEC 5 (on the last day of the deadline) but no news yet. I read that many of you are further in the process. What option do we have to check the status?
Also, I am planning to apply for a super visa for them.. would this overlap the current process?

Any answer would be appreciated.

Question about documents that we fill when we go to get our Biometrics done, so my Parents will be going to office back home to get there biometrics done, so when i booked the appointment (Office is in Jalandhar, Punjab, India). When i booked the appointment, they asked to print and sign one form called Consent form, so in that form there is section for to be filled, if -

Person other then applicant themselves is submitting and/or collecting the visa application and decision.

So as i am the representative for my parents so as this is biometric request so should my parents fill my information there? Make sense to fill it right?

Please correct me if I am wrong

Believe you are referring to VFS consent form. Honestly, it is not going to make any difference for biometric request as applicant has to go for the finger printing and photo themselves. You can leave that part blank.

Try linking the application to the GCkey. If that doesn't work, suggest wait patiently and you would surely hear a positive response soon.
