For my undeclered family member

Hi when i did came canada during application times i dont know to i have a step chil because my wife dont tell me she have a child and she did not tell me she was before married or a releanthisip my all applications ( i dont add her name on my applications ) becaise i dont know she have a daughter now im a citizenship
My question is who is mistake and what happened

How did you get PR? Depending on how you got PR / through which immigration program, you might qualify to sponsor your daughter through the pilot program for undeclared dependents.

Your wife can sponsor her through the pilot program for undeclared dependents as long as the daughter is under 22 years old.

She is your wife's daugher. So she is a family member to your wife. Your wife would need to be the one to sponsor her for PR (if the daughter wants PR).
