yes it should be, I have 2 friends waited for 24 months and got their PRs on 25th month. If not I recommend contacting IRCC to poke them.I didn't know that. If that's true then we might get ours next month
I think I've poked them enough with my daily webform inquiries since December of last year

web forms are useless I would say, I sent 3 webforms back in January/February none of them got a single answer. Last summer they gave an answer but it was a copy paste. I recommend calling IRCC or reaching someone from the parliament like I did. Trust me I did all of that. Called them numerous times and reached out to our local MP.
Until MP reached their limit of inquiries they can send to IRCC.
The only logical thing left to do is sit back and wait.
