Are you sure you have submitted and electronically signed completely? A friend of mine just uploaded and did not know that he needed to sign and submit completely so the EXACT thing happened to him. Please check if you have done these crucial steps.
Know that if you did not submit correctly and the deadline has passed they will remove the submit button and you need to contact them urgently via webform and also call them.

Yes I signed by my name and initial and submitted after uploading and on the document section of portal it says replacement provided. But in the steps it stocked on your action is required!
I also sent an webform 2 weeks ago with same documents and mentioned all this but no respond yet.

@Rinadina. We have same timeframe. My applicantion 15th july 2021 and processing started on 25th jan 2022. No updates yet! I called cic and i was told my medical passed, security check passed. That i should be patience bcuz they have backlog applications. I tried to link my application with gckey account many times but failed. Pls keep me posted if you receive any news... Thanks

Did you checked criminality and eligibility passed on ECAS?
I am March applicant either and no news after medical on ecas, seems like they are going slower more and more!

It doesn’t show up on Ecas. Last stage on my Ecas is medical received. I spoke with ircc on the phone and they told me about my case

I have called several times but they always say the volume of calls are a lot. I think they do not take calls at all. Be aware that even if you talk to someone, it is highly unlikely that they give more info than what you can see online.

I’ve been trying to speak with someone for weeks but always got the automated voice saying they’re too busy.
yesterday I was able to reach someone not regarding my PR but my Work permit. She was really helpful giving me info I couldn’t see online about my PR, my WP and RTD but she couldn’t tell how much longer it will be but according to her they’re adding new notes every single day

Finally able to talk to and agent about my file after calling them more than 50 time in a week!!
they asked me additional documents on jan 2022 , sent it same day but application was stocked on your action is required on irrc account for past 2 month.
He said we got the additional forms ,
BUT ELIGIBILTY AND BACKGROUND IS IN PROCESS YEEEEEEEET!
so they did not do anything at all in a full year, funny part is my friend applied same day with same situation and family size and same thing that asked for additional document, but got his Pr CARD december 2021, happy for him but Whole process is a joke.

I had my job offer revoked because my SIN starts with 9. Not relevant to this thread but I wanna know if any other convention refugee encountered similar issues, maybe for a work permit or student permit expiring soon or a SIN expiring too.
I’m wondering if they’ll be allowed to discriminate against the recently arrived Ukrainian Refugees.
I still can’t digest it, after proving that you’re an actual refugee in court, now you have to prove to some employers that you aren’t an international student or the fact your SIN starts with 9 isn’t your fault but ircc delay in PR processing

I feel you, I’m a March applicant too and they are yet to start my background and security. They just recently asked for my in Canada dependent biometrics.
I’ve seen people after March 2021 receiving their PR already on various threads.
I’ve never been in any other country but Canada and it’s the same for my spouse but I guess there isn’t a way to tell how ircc actually works. We ain’t got no choice but to wait
