There are no job offers here. You'll need to try sites like LinkedIn and Job Bank and apply for jobs through there.

You not only need an arranged job. Your employer needs a LMIA. After paying $1k, the employer files a LMIA to prove no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. Few employers go through the process.

If you are looking for a job in exchange for cash payment that is immigration fraud. Unfortunately it happens but if you get caught there are serious consequences.
