ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

I dont even know if they still have my application or lost it... I still haven't received my medical and biometrics request. My application shows 97% complete and 19 days left...
Where can i find my completeness status. Do i need to ask my agent or I can do it myself?
May 17 2022 is my 100% completion status on GCKey. Does that mean additional 5months before they make a decision eventhough all papers they asked were completed?

I have heard nothing since.
My application has far passed the normal processing time. It's been almost 40 months since the application was submitted and it hasn't been finalized yet.
This is emotionally draining and depressing. The endless wait is killing me every week that goes without any update. My life is on pause based on their final decision.
Anyone with same situation? Anyone knows what to expect next?

Got ADR yesterday. Additional Family info, supplementary info, schedule A background declaration, employment reference and police record for my spouse.
