Should we withdraw TRV application now that we have received a passport request for Sponsorship application?

We received passport submission request from New Delhi Visa Office and I have submitted my spouse's passport for Visa stamping and COPR. It has already reached the VO. Anticipating PR delays we applied for a visitor visa a couple of months back. Now that the passport submission is on the way, should we withdraw the TRV. If TRV application is active will it cause any trouble during the passport stamping?
