Application is submitted...but lost my passport

I have submitted my visa application, but after few days of submission my bag was stolen which contained my passport. What should i do now?

Please can anyone advice me on this situation

1. Report loss to police, get new passport. Send webform to CIC with bio data pages of new passport.
