Did you receive return AWB number in first email itself?

No.. when vfs received your passport them must have sent you an invoice. This invoice has return AWB number.

No not on the first mail, I received in the mail in which they shared invoice

Is that the email received from IRCC or VFS with awb#?

Its the email you received from IRCC. Convert it into a pdf and take a print.

VFS with AWB#. Anyways you even need to include the "Passport request email/letter" as well.

Received passport request on 25th feb2022. Passport was picked up by the courier company on 1 march.
Just received a blank passport back today with a letter stating send it when we will ask.
Any idea team why this is happening?

is your medical still valid? Because in some case they don't stamp because medical is going to expire or already expired.
