32 months waiting for my PR

I applied for PR after I got accepted as a protected person, in July 2019 and until today I got now responses. I reached out to my MP, the immigration response was it still for security check. It is almost now three years. I emailed information act and no answer. Any recommendations? I'm so depressed.
