Hi @legalfalcon hope you are in good health
I received ADR and at the end of the letter it says sincerely ND5876.
Can you please tell what is this.?

Hello @legalfalcon ,
I have an enquiry please.
I did upfront medicals in February with the hope it would trigger but on the day of the medical examination, panel physician said my X-ray wasn’t clear and I’ll have to submit sputum for culture and that was completed late Feb.
Sputum culture takes 9weeks and my repeat X-ray is May.

The problem now is I just received remed request, PCC and schedule A with 30days submission and I don’t know what to do.

Hi @legalfalcon
I have got ADR for PCC Remeds and schedule A.
Is it safe to assume that my file wont get rejection now???
I am 1st feb 2021 AOR and VO is RROC. FILE MOVED FROM NDVO TO RROC
PLEASE SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS.

@legalfalcon
I would appreciate your advice and knowledge on my query:
I am on a work permit ( PA), and have a visa and my spouse applied for inland spousal sponsorship for me, and I see ELIGIBILITY is completed* for both of us, recently received PRE ARRIVAL LETTER , but the status is still In progress (as of today) no decision made
yet.

I am in my home country for a family emergency, and worried. If I am outside Canada and COPR request arrives, do I need to be in Canada.

I received a re-med request on the 15th of this month.

I could only manage an appointment at the clinic on the 12th of next month. It's still within 30 days of the time limit as asked by IRCC but the results will most probably be updated after more than 30 days. Will this be a problem?

If anyone with experience or @legalfalcon could chime in, I would really appreciate it.

Hi sir @legalfalcon . Need your help. I made a mistake. I only sent 1 copy of the TT services contest form for Passport submission in New York. It’s supposed to be 2 copies. How do I fix this? What can be done? Thank you sir.

Not an issue. I got mine done exactly 3 days before the limit too. After 30th day, the medical status changed to we did not receive your medical results. And then later changed to passed. As long as you do your medical within the given time limit, its not an issue.

That's exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much for sharing.

One more question - did you upload the e-medical sheet through webform? Or did you just let the clinic do the work?

Also, was the date of passing the date you had the exam, or was it after the date of appointment?

I didn’t. Since it was requested. However, once I saw the status that they did not receive my medicals, I sent them a webform telling them that I have already done my remedicals within the time limit and asked them to check the error at their end. You can send them the receipt via webform once youre done with your remeds just for the peace of mind.
I did my remeds on 21st of Jan and it showed as passed on the 2nd of Feb on the portal. The 30 days limit is basically to get the tests done, which in my case was the 24th of Feb. Updating and reviewing is the panel’s and IRCC’s responsibility. Hope this helps.

Hi, please advice,

@legalfalcon
I would appreciate your advice and knowledge on my query:

yet, background check not started.

I am in my home country for a family emergency, and worried. I think it might take 1-2 months for decision made, background check and to arrive the PR invite for portal.
If I am outside Canada and COPR request arrives, do I need to be in Canada.

Hello again Legalfalcon

Need your help again.

I have been landed on 20th January but still haven't got my PR card.

1. Is there any way to track PR Card ?

2. Is that ok not to get after 60 days ?

Thanks

1. There is no way to track PR cards. You can call, or send a webform and inquire about the date it was dispatched.

2. PR cards are currently taking way longer than normal, so 60-90 days is normal.
