My company is processing ICT WP (GTS).
ICT WP applied: 22 Feb 2022
Medicals : done upfront
Biometric letter received 23 Feb 2022
Biometric appointment on : 8 March 2022 (VFS Delhi)

1. As my application is managed by some Canadian firm appointed by my company, is there any way, I can see my application status as I have the Application number, UCI number, IRCC No etc.
2. What are the current timelines, the site says processing time 53 weeks which is quite discouraging, where as my company staff say, they see PPR request in 18-20 weeks normally

What is being shown under "Review of eligibility" and "Background check"?

Hi. Working in Infosys. LMIA exempt ICT visa initiated with the below timeline:

Application files: Jan 15, 2022
Biometrics: Jan 31, 2022
Medicals updated: Feb 14, 2022
NOC: 2174 2173
Under Review of Eligibility, it says

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.

Under Background Check, it says

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Not sure it is GSS or not.
Medicals was taken upfront.

Any idea, if I could get PPR in 6-8 weeks?
In the Google sheet added, when I checked, the last applicant who received PPR under 2174 2173 NOC applied it on Dec 30, 2022.
So, I am worried, if they are processing any applications filed this year under 2174 2173.

In the Google sheet added, when I checked, the last applicant who received PPR under 2174 NOC applied it on Dec 30, 2022.
So, I am worried, if they are processing any applications filed this year under 2174.

Best guess, NOC 2174 comes under skill level A, Infosys should register under GSS. It is mentioned in your Offer letter.
You may get PPR around March 20-25.I filed 7 days after yours' , from Infosys. Do let us here know when you get PPR.

I am very sorry. I made a mistake in the previous post. The NOC is 2173.Does, 21733 will also have the same timelines?
I have updated my previous post. I will update the status if any update comes.

Also, does the visa type "Exempt from LMIA" affect the visa processing?

Yes 2173 timelines observed to be 6-8 weeks from Biometric or 4-5 weeks from Medical updated.
GSS category had 2 week processing time earlier now it's 6-8 weeks. LMIAE number helps in expedited processing as well which otherwise had taken 3.5 months to my colleagues.

I don't know how to identify GSS/GTS category.

My employer helped me file WP and also with the document. My work permit type is "Exemption from LMIA", and job code is NOC 0213.

My biometric was done on 11-Feb, and medical status updated to passed on 01-March. But when can I expect approval?

Regards

NOC 0213 is managers level so your company would have specified if it is GSS while filing. Since it is LMIAE then ideally by April 10 you should get PPR.

While filing there was a Specialized Knowledge document, which mentioned this - Intra-company Transferee – Specialized Knowledge Employee – CEC C- 12". Does this mean my application was filed as GSS? Does it make a difference in processing time?

Also do processing times differ for different job codes? Like would NOC 0213 be any faster/slower than others?

Pardon my ignorance, since my employer was filing I didn't do any research.

Yes this means GSS. Pre-covid GSS WP would be approved within 2 weeks of application while non GSS would take 1-2 months.

Not sure but I know that NOC under Skill types 0,A,B are prioritized first compared to rest.

I filed on 8th Feb and got done with Biometrics on 11th Feb. Medical status was updated on 01st Mar.

So you and I are almost on the same timeline - please let us know when you get PPR.

Approved - Jan, 2022
Visa Applied - 21st Jan, 2022
Biometrics Done - 28th Jan 2022
Awaiting PPR

Hello Everyone, I am from Cognizant and my ICT Visa application is being processed by my company. Below are the details of the application timeline.
Applied Date : 20th Jan 2022
Biometrics completion : 25th Jan 2022
Medical : 12th Nov 2021(submitted along with filing)
NOC Code: 2174
PPR: waiting

I could not track the current status of my application, since it was filed by a law firm in Canada. I have the UCI and other application details with me. Is there a way to track the application by myself?

Few of my colleagues who completed biometrics between September to December got their PPR within 4 weeks of time.
