Your Advice on How to Fill the Updated Information Chart for PPR

Dear all,

I need your advice on the following:

I received my PPR last Wednesday and now I need to fill the updated information chart to send it together with our passports. We are confused on how to complete the Surname and First Name for my spouse as in her passport it's only full name including her first, father, G father, and Family name, and they are not separated.

So should I fill her name, father and grand father names under first name or only put her first name? I am confused because they want it exactly as indicated in the passport

First name should be only her name and last name would be the family name .

Does it also apply even though in the initial application it was written as her name, father, and grand father name for the given name? This is what our consultant asked us to put in the application that it should be exactly as the passport.

So if I only put her first name, this will not create confusion for the officer?

If the father and g.father name come just after her fist name ,it will be written as her middle name .Now here would be her name configuration:
Her name is the First name . Farther and gfather as Middle name and family name is Last name, which wont create any confusion.
