Wrong common-law date (year)

Ugh, unfortunately made the mistake of putting the year we started residing together, combining money etc rather the date 1 year after we entered our common law relationship. Both on open work permit & inland sponsorship applications. We do have statutory of common law which does have the correct dates.
Does anyone have any ideas on what we should do? I was thinking to wait until or if i receive an application number then send a webform ? So frustrated I didn't see this earlier ...
