Hello,

I just got a WP decision - denying my application with reason:

"You have not satisfied that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because you have not demonstrated sufficient ties that would satisfy me of your intention to return"

For backgrounder i am married with 4 kids. I stated (ticked) in my WP application that my family will not be accompanying me to Canada. My job is included in the NOC 38 list and with positive LMO.

Please help...can my case (decision) still be appealed, how else do i impressed on them that my family will be sufficient enough ties for me to return?

This is strange! You are leaving your entire family behind and even then the CIC officer is not satisfied? These CIC officers are turning monsterous day by day! Until I read your post, I also would have thought that leaving the family behind is the best way to show that the applicant's intention is to go back to his/her homeland!

There are hardly stronger ties than leaving your whole family at home. Try to apply for your immigration instead. If you get the employer to apply for your AEO for that job, it should be fast tracked.
