I have a doubt and will be grateful if you could advise.
I am in Canada and my PR card has expired and I will not meet my residency obligations till next year.
My wife is outside Canada and does not have any record in CIC and I am waiting to complete my Residency Obligations before updating my records and put her as my wife.
She is applying for a skilled work visa/permit from outside Canada.
Will my current status have an impact on her application or on will her application have any negative impact on my status.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
