Hi

Just wanna clarify if the space on the form is insufficient is it okay to mention on the available space the part info and the remaining part can be provided on the additional sheet OR is it better to write as per sheet attached on the form and write the complete info on the additional sheet?

if it is not gonna fit in the form, just attached a plain white paper on the back of the sheet.
