Since you don’t have work authorizaiton, you need to find an employer in Canada (do a job search) and the employer needs a LMIA (costs $1000, takes months and prove no Canadian can do the job). Then you apply for a closed work permit. This too takes months.
Most people focus on immigration through Express Entry as getting a job with LMIA is very difficult.

To give you some idea of timescales. My employer applied for a LMIA for me in October. It was approved in January so we then went through the Work permit application process immediately and my work permit was approved on April 9th and I travel at the end of the month.
This was being fast tracked as my employer is deemed to be an essential service provider and my role is deemed essential and also involved employing a specialist lawyer at their expense.
The moral of the story is that it is possible but it really does take months!!!!
