Work Permit Extension (Oct, Nov or Dec, 2015) online or paper base applicants

Hi guys

I am going to apply TRV just need some help.....

Actually in my scenario my PNP PR is in process....waiting for MR with my spouse who is living in back home....I got my BOWP couple days before....going to apply my TRV online.....but I want to ADD MY SPOUSE TOO....She is living back home....I went through the questioner and add our details and got the documentation list .....but no financial statement and other things they need ..... Just TRV form of both....Family composition and digital pics.....with marriage certificate and Copy of my permit


My questions ...

What are the chances we will get the visa?
Any idea how long they will take?
There is an optional document (Letter of Explanation) Do I need to write my story ?
Or
please share your personal experience if you have passed through all this ...

Just tired and lost all of my patience Applied on Oct 1st for PGWP still nothing And no one has a answer why its not approved yet status shows open i still get those updates in my mail but nothing is actually going on just waiting for that good day when i will that PGWP letter in my mail

FedEx said vegreville received my paper application on Oct 28th...but I haven't heard anything. No emails, nothing in my mail. I applied for a same employer lmia-exempt work permit extension. My first application for extension was in May 2015 but they rejected it due to lack of job offer letter. My lawyer messed up and said the lmia exempt form also counted as a job offer letter since it had all the same info. We did it right this time but I had to submit a restoration of status fee. Is it because of the restoration that it seems to be taking longer? Last time I got a rejection email but this time I haven't had any updates. I'm really stressed out and worried and want to go back to work.

I can understand your pain and frustration ......but you need to wait.....very soon good news for you too dude!

I had applied almost at your time and got mine a week before...your case is slightly diff since rejected earlier so I believe you need to wait few more days or week....but hopefully get the good news !!

As long as your new permit request is submitted before your old one expires, and you are not requesting any changes to the terms of the permit, you are allowed to continue to work under the terms of the old permit for as long as it takes CIC to process the application.

However, implied status only exists as long as you remain in Canada. Once you leave the country, you lose it. Which sucks if you have to travel for work...

My TRV is still valid,
If ever i travel outside Canada, that means bringing both old and new passport?
What will happen to the visa in the old one?

If I apply for my OWP , do i need to have a valid TRV?

How come cic office is working on application on 12 October and you said you applied
In December and you got it?!
Please tell again when did you apply and how you can get so early

How do I find my application number if I submitted by paper? I was never given one. I need it to check the status with the call centre. And I'd like to talk to an actual person instead of the automated call but do I need the application number to get through to someone?

No application number for paper based ...... just call them they guide you according to your scenario or max they will ask your clint ID to pull your info and anything in your file shows processing ....will update you right away .... Good Luck!

Than I applied work permit by Soliciter here
On religious babies (close work permit With out Lima)
I applied on 27 Oct and I don't have email excess to check
Any idea how long it will take more?
And does any one applied on same date?

My current WT expires in 2,5 months. So yesterday I've found out that the minimum wage in my Province is higher than the one my employer put on a new contract. Does it mean that my application is screwed? What should I do now? With the current processing times I would lose 1,5 month of waiting if I decide to resubmit my extension.
It's not my fault that the employer didn't write the updated minimum wage on a new contract=(

Don't worry I don't think it will effect ....if anything then they will write you or your employer to double check so relax and never apply same thing again until you get the decision of the first one....if you will then you will be screwed in real my friend.
