I am accompanied by a spouse and 2 children, so I really need your advice and help to decide our plan in Canada.
I am going apply for Permanent Residence using Provincial Nominee Program. According to website, it will take around 18-24 months. However, my work permit will be expired in 1 year. Can I stay in Canada using implied status to wait for the PR application. If in case I have to go back my home country, what will be happened with my PR application? Can I come back Canada with PR card (if my application is approved) from my home country? (I am not from a visa exempt country).
