Hi

Anyone who requested back thier passport from cic abu dhabi? I asked them thru email to return back my passport last oct4, but untill now there's no reply aside from automated email. I need it to be back for some purposes, I just sent them an email again... It shows on cic website that i should have a return airway bill from aramex only, and i sent my package thru DHL with return airway bill. What should i do now? And I contacted aramex and they said they dont send AWB only! Grrrrrr!!!

hi Glutten,,, did u mentioned in your subject (URGENT - please return passport- TFW)? and also the details of your airway bill no? As what i'd experience every tuesday they are releasing important documents. I requested and also one of my friend here in Forum and eventually they returned thru the return airway bill no that we include in our application.

nag apply din aq ng twp nung july 6 sa embassy sa abu dhabi until now wala p rin result... ung kaibigan q nag apply sya last wk ng august nkuha nya visa nya 2nd wk ng october.. open work permit nmn sya... hirap mghintay.

wala pa din.. hirap maghintay ng matagal.. sobrang tagl ngaun ng result.. dati 4wks lng my result n... ngaun tagal. kaw kelan k ng apply? hopefull nmn ako sa result ng application ko.. pray lng tau...

No updates till now on my application... Hopefully by December (my 5th month) may mareceive na akong reply from Canada Embassy- Abu Dhabi...and prayerfully, positive result ... Kasi Dec 2, expired na ang LMO ko and that means back to zero na naman (wag naman po....)

Anyway, anybody here who have done interview from Canada Embassy-Abu Dhabi? Any idea ano ba yun mga tanong and paano sagutin? This is for my friend, she submitted her application last June 7 and 2 days ago she received an email from them inviting her to come for interview...Please help... Thank you so much!

No updates till now on my application... Hopefully by December (my 5th month) may mareceive na akong reply from Canada Embassy- Abu Dhabi...and prayerfully, positive result ... Kasi Dec 2, expired na ang LMO ko and that means back to zero na naman (wag naman po....)

Anyway, anybody here who have done interview from Canada Embassy-Abu Dhabi? Any idea ano ba yun mga tanong and paano sagutin? This is for my friend, she submitted her application last June 7 and 2 days ago she received an email from them inviting her to come for interview...Please help... Thank you so much!

Hi! It doesn't matter if ur lmo expires on dec2.. As long as u submitted application for work permit prior to dec2, then u r good even if the processing goes beyond that date... Not back to scratch... Good luck..

@ Arkraine - Notice for interview pa lang ang nareceived ng friend ko. Appointment nya on Nov. 27 and ininform din sya na it is not a guarantee for visa approval.

@ Ynoweh - Yes, I submitted my complete application package last July and what I mean from "back to zero" is that, in case I get a refusal, I can not use the same LMO to re-apply. My employer needs to re-apply a new LMO or I need to find another employer if he did not agree.

Anyway, for my fellow applicants in waiting mode...let's hope and pray for the best!

Hi BV2011! regarding ur friend, she applied also for temporary work permit? Is she direct hire or thru agency?
