Hi Sharma,

When I went to embassy for visa stamping . I met an applicant and he said that he left UAE since july and then when he receive an email for PPR . He applied a visit visa and came back only for the purpose of visa stamping.

What embassy is asking is your passport based on the previous experiences and documents..so even u r in India and u got PPR i think u can send the passport through aramex as Boudz said above...

Application but i haven't receive the said email last 18 june 2013. I informed them

That is too long. Are you in AD? Can you go the embassy in person?

I don't understand, they sent you the result and said that you should send in your passport?

I don't have a number, sorry, the only number is the one that goes to a machine that only provides information that can be found online.

I dont know whats the result approved or denied, im currently here in KSA.
Any suggestions how can i connect with them?

Can you send me the response by private message. The Canadian embassy don't have any number that you can call and talk to someone. This may be a long shot but try it, call the Visa application center on +97142055881 and tell them it is vitally urgent that you get in touch with the embassy, maybe if you're lucky they will try to help you. If not, if I was in your place I would fly in to Abu Dhabi just for the day and go to the embassy in person to get your result. If it's a yes, you get your passport stamped on the spot, if it's a no then you know what happened.

They are very difficult to communicate with unfortunately if you have no choice then fly in to AD.

as per my knowledge, if they say in the mail ''decision made'' then its a rejection, and u will receive the rejection letter with reason/reasons by post. And if it's positive, they will ask for ur passport in the email itself.

@hothunk74.....sorry to say, but i think the result is negative & they have sent the letter to your postal address u gave in the application form.

That's why I'm insisting on seeing the email response. Hothunk74 you are applying as a General Farm Worker. Is that your current job?

No I haven't heard anything yet. I sent them an email today, let's see what they say. Yes my experience is the same as the position I'm applying for. Some of the people that were rejected here did not show that they have the relevant experience which makes sense, if you are going as a cook then you must have cooking experience.

thatz gud. so since its ur 7mos, i guess we r still affected by the backlog. coz we r covered by the moa if atrike which is feb-sept. hope to hear gud news till nx wk.

next week is a public holiday. The entire week is off for public sector and 3 days for private. not sure what applies to the Embassy

UPDATE: My colleague got here PPR today. March 26 app in auh embassy. NOC 6641.

CORRECTION : ITS March 14. They returned her draft bank coz wrong address. juz keep on praying. itz coming soon.
