Work Permit and FSW Application

I am about to file my application by next week under FSW. I am meeting 67 points.

At the same time, a canadian company is going to file for my LMO and then work permit.

Someone told me that both applications will create contradiction and may result in rejection. what should i do?
At the same time i read somewhere that Canadian immigration allows multiple files. please guide me.

"Someone" is wrong. You can apply for FSW and if you get a LMO a work permit as well.
