I am using the service of a lawyer for immigration purpose due to lack of time at my end.
There is a section to submit the reference for work history from the previous/current employers. I referred the CIC website and got the letter for my past experience. The only issue was I used lot of sentences which were verbatim from the site. In reality these were the tasks i performed.
The lawyer mentioned the below "The duties and responsibilities are verbatim from the NOC website and that will make the immigration officer suspects in the authenticity of the letter."
Its very difficult to go back to the employer and get a new experience letter. Need the help of the forum members on this issue.
