Hi,

There is not format you just need to ensure that your job description in the letter matches your NOC code. The letter also need to mention the number of hours per week, salary and date of employment. It also need to be stamped and signed on the organization's letter head. All the best.

Thanks for the reply. I used to work for a company from 2011 to 2013 and the NOC code for that job is different from my current job’s NOC code. I’ve been working at my current job for over 3.5 years now and that’ll be my primary NOC code. I’m more concerned about the letter from my previous job as I’ve not been in touch with anyone in that company.

Hmm. Using your current job as a primary noc and even your only employment is sufficient enough. However if you included it as one of your employments before ITA its best to have a letter. You may just need to try contact them. Trying won't hurt. All the best.

Hi!
Like @Dxb3866, I too have same issue. If anyone could please suggest me something for this problem, would be really grateful.
I started working for an institution from year 2013 to till date. So it's a total experience of 6 years almost. My concern is that earlier from the period of 2013 to 2016, I was getting paid in cash so my employer says he won't be able to give reference letter for that period however he can give reference letter only for the period of 2016 to 2019 only as we started getting salary in our account.
So what should I do now? Do I need to state this everything in LOE along with my reference letter.
Kindly help. Thanks in advance!
