Hi Friends

My employer does not give experience letter in company letter head. Its against their policy is what they say.

Instead they are ready to issue salary certificate and pay slips and also offer letter.

What should we do do in such a case?

Please help

Ask your supervisor/manager (to whomever you reporte) to write your duties and responsibilities on your official email id (if your employed). Take that print out and attach your supervisor/manager's business card.

Also, attach the letter in which your company explicitly says that they do not issue reference letters.

Hopefully this should work... all the best

Just make an affidavit including your job respo and duties . Sign it and send it.. thatd should be enough. I did the same. Cheers.
