I got it but I have an PGWP ie open work permit and that LMIA is just for to support my PR not to get a new work permit. Why I am confused about it because on top of the LMIA it says the TSWP employee will work after PR.Correct me if I am wrong?
You are not obligated to work for that employer after you obtain PR. However, If the purpose of the LMIA was to support your PR application for the extra 600 pts - then yes, you need to continue working for that employer (at least until you land), otherwise you loose those 600 pts and likely you will become ineligible.

Points for offer of arranged employment

29. (1) Six hundred points may be assigned to a foreign national if they have a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

Loss of offer of arranged employment

(2) If the offer referred to in subsection (1) is revoked or ceases to be a qualifying offer of arranged employment, the foreign national is no longer entitled to the 600 points under subsection (1) in respect of that offer and their the total number of points assigned to the foreign national under the Comprehensive Ranking System is to be adjusted accordingly.

Quick question related to LMIA and EE.

Since LMIA gives you 600 points and lowest score to get an ITA is around 450, does that mean that everybody who has a LMIA and applies for EE gets an Invitation To Applie? I'm a carpenter and my job is supported by LMIA. Thinking to go for Canadian Experienced Class type of EE. So just wondering how quick can I get an invitation to apply.

Thanks

If you have a valid LMIA then you'll be granted the 600 points and get an ITA the round after you submit your EE profile.

What do you mean by valid LMIA?
Thank you
For EE CEC your job/LMIA should be NOC 0, A or B

And, probably, need to be valid for some time after you applied.

Point of correction - an LMIA by itself does not earn you 600 pts. A "valid job offer" earns 600 pts, which requires:
(1) LMIA and (2) written offer of permanent, full-time employment contingent upon you obtaining permanent resident status.

Lots of people have made that mistake, applied with the LMIA but not the job offer letter, and have been refused.

But if you have a valid job offer, then yes, you are virtually guaranteed an invitation to apply at the next round of invitations.
