Hello

my pr application was withdrawn by IRCC in due to the error they made. I have sent webforms requesting them to re-open my application but haven’t received any reply yet. Now if i have to appeal their decision in court how many days i have after the decision was made on my file

Other question
1. Should i wait for them to respond on my webform before i contact a lawyer

Webform takes at least 2 months for a reply.
