With 418 points any chance of getting PR in near future?

Hi,

It might be quite sad to know the reality but I reckon there is very little chance for the CRS score to go below 420 by the end of this year. Possible reasons are the quotas which possibly are at the lowest level considering the maximum ITA already given for the year and also it seems like more and more people are entering into the pool with decent CRS score. But again, the optimism which really keeps us going is the expectation that the Canadian government will increase the quotas for the upcoming year and hopefully the CRS will reach closer to 400 by next March/April session.

difficult to say. In the meantime, see how you can improve your points, a good IELTS score can give you an extra 50-00 points if you scored low, so you can do that and improve your score
