hello...

me and my ex wife married in the phillipines and we are both filipino citizens back then and she have a PR status and after tha marriage she sponsored me to come to canada but the marriage did not work out and she divorced me...

my question is will my PR status be affected if I will get a annulment in the philippines? because here in canada we are divorced but in the philippineswe are still considered married because there is no divorce in the philippines and since we are still filipino citizens we are still bound by the philippine law

Sorry but, just to be clear . . . do you have PR status "now"? Based on your signature timeline, it appears as though you do. If you do, then "no" it will not be affected.

then the annulment in the Philippines will not change anything to your status. So you can file for annulment in the Philippines if you want - you are a PR of Canada, and already divorced in Canada, so it won't change anything.
