wife dont have family name

Hi every body

My wife don't have any family name in her passport, can it make any difference.

Its ok, even my wife doesn't have it. they will just take one of your first name and reflect as a surname in the visa n PR form.nothing to worry.but it is advisable to have it. aft getting the visa i have done the changes in the passport and the local CHC office takes 1 week to issue you a new visa.

I have one more question should i leave space blank or i should write N/A in family name of my wife

My application was received on CIO on 15th of last month
I left many spaces unfilled and didn't provided my personal information of last five months
I have read some where in this forum that they send un complete appliaction back, so this time i want to make sure i did every thing write
it already coasted me more than one month
so i m planning to send it again, whole application
