Why File transferred to the Scarborough Citizenship Operations office?

We live in Brampton but my wife file transferred to Scarborough -any idea why?Ecas status changed to in process and then to above , mentioning find transfer.please suggest as what does it mean ?

There are no logic on this.....even mine was transferred to scarboroigh though I live in mississauga

Was your mailing address different or perhaps this is RQ trigger?

I live in Mississauga and for no reason assigned to scarborogh...I don't think so its a trigger for RQ...I have done my test and waiting for oath invite...
