My application to sponsor my parents was selected, and I was asked to apply. I sent in my application form and according to Canada post it was received about 1 month ago.
However today, I received an email with subject "Parents and Grandparents Program - Reminder" explaining that the deadline for my application is quickly approaching.
I am bit concerned, have they not received my package? Or is this just an automated email that is sent to all applicants that were accepted?
Is there a way I can ensure that they have in fact received my application?
