well you can go ahead and do upfront medicals & upfront rprf.But i am not sure thats going to speed ur application.It totally depends on cic,security checks,criminality checks which varies form person to person.

I'm pretty sure I have a clean sheet since I've done security and criminality checks before coming to Canada and I have been staying here since then. Just not sure when will be the next time my file got 'touched', they took 2 months to send me the PCC request, I wish I had ordered the GCMS notes earlier so that I found that out and ask for that letter ahead.

Just wonder if we do upfront medical, does it have to be e-medical type? what's the different from the other type?

Ur file is under review as u didn't submit reference letter..

I have already sent the reference letter which the company gave for Work permit extension and my manager letter on Jan2015 and still waiting for MR

this Waiting is killing us.

Thanks Ali, I had Duties not included on LOE but was on a Separate Pages (According to my company policy they will give you list of duties you will perform. all on 3 pages.) i did not send any additional document nor asked my HR to put Duties on LOE. But i guess they did web base search and accepted my duties.

Have heard nothing since. No request yet for Police certificates or medical.

BOWP about to expire. Now we have to reapply.

It's so frustrating!

I was on implied status for 4 months and first VO did not consider it valid. I had to submit ROE and WP extension letter received from attorney.

Hi Ali,
Second review was required because "duties are too generic".
We are both Feb applicants, I'm sure you will hear soon!

i have the same situation. just got gcms notes says review required by officer as "duties are too generic" what to do now??

my application was received on april 3rd and cic requested for RCMP on may 15 and since then i havent heard anything from cic .
MY WP IS EXPIRING THIS JULY AND MY EMPLOYER IS ASKING ME FOR EXTENDED WP .
CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME HOW TO APPLY FOR BOWP , I TRIED ONLINE AND IT IS ASKING ME FOR LMI , I SOMEONE HAS RECEIVED IT ALREADY PLEASE HELP ME , ITS VERY URGENT .
