Is there a way to contact CIC regarding my application status?
I am asking because my GCMS notes show that medical request initiated for all applicants (Oct 17) and the officer recommended a pass for eligibility but I haven't received any emails from CIC for MR. As a result, I would like to find out if they just missed it or there's something else they need to verify before a medical request.

Check in GCMS note -> Medical section in IME value is populated there ?

If yes , then you can visit any panel dr and ask them to check in there system with IME # .

Bouncer can you copy paste your letter which you received from CIC .......like remove all the info and just keep all the generic ones so that we all know what to expect from the second review. it will be a great help bro... thanks

at last i decided to join this thread...i am june 2 applicant and my employer got call from cic 2 weeks before and till now no response..now 8months passed..i found so many people from jan feb still waiting.so i think i have to be more patient and at last i will become a patient due to stress..

Yes...due to terror attacks they are putting files for 2nd review and the time helps them to investigate more...I got this info from a friend in Canada..

Just got replied from my local MP. It said "requested documents have been received. background checks are ongoing". Is it a good news or just normal stage? Does it mean the rest of checks are all good and just wait for background check to get MR?

Guys, I have a question. I ordered new GCSM notes just to check if I didn't miss some correspondence from CIC. But the question is do VO's always enters in GCSM notes all request they sent to applicants? Is it possible that VO may sent some request for additional document and it is not reflected/visible in GCSM notes?

No i think all the paper work will be shown in the GCMS notes . So if they will send anything it will be in Outgoing CORRESPONDENCE
