My friend also got an email instead of regular mail. Because we chose the email as the contact way when we submitted the application forms.

Hey paul. I sent it in Jan 19th to LA, and I haven't got it back yet. Which courier company you are using. I sent it my with UPS ( I coudn't find Fedex).
