Dear nvr,

i think its too early for you to worry about ur application. The best thing you can do is to forget about the application for at least 2 months from the day of receipt. It will just add mental agony.

You are right, we should forget the application for two months and AOR is rcvd after that. But atleast the DD is encashed, after 4 week..thats what the forum statistics show.
In any case i have a benchmark as char_bonel has submitted before me ..

yeah ur right, its really good news.im waitng for a response from my bank to know if my DD was already encashed. but there is someone from this forum who sent application after me and had his draft encashed already.

ill update as soon as i get any news from my bank.

Obviously ur DD has been encashed thats why you have rcvd the AOR.
I just wanted to know approx. how long it took to be encashed fm date of application. BTW who applied after you and got the DD...

i think i posted a wrong txt. i havent rcv any aor yet. the text that i wrote is actually from another forum.im still waiting for the aor.

i sent my application aug 5 and reached CIO on aug 12, 2009 and im still waiting for aor

So whose data did you post? it mentioned that the app has been received on aug 1..so thats pretty close to your date...If u dont mind which country are you from?

Cheque has not been withdrawn yet

the latest info i saw from other posts is that last sept 26(someone from canada checked it by calling) the ones processed is till aug 4.mine reached aug 12 so i guess i have to wait for a couple of weeks more. im from the philippines, im a nurse, ow about you?
