Which university!?

Hello everybody,

Actually I am searching for a university or a college in canada, but I found that the tuition fees are too expensive...
Can somebody help with some advices!? University or college with an affordable fees (less than 6000 or 7000$)?
Two friends and I are planing to go studying there. We are from belgium and we want to study "Computing and information system" and "Psychology" no matter if it's not in the same establishment as it is in the same city.

And what's wrong with Quebec? I checked the website of the university but I didn't find the informations about the tuition fees...

its not underr quebec it is under saskatchewan
