Which Provincial Nomination Program accept application without Job offer ?

Hello,

I am from India and I do not have job offer from Canada but I do have Five years of Job experience(IT).

Please let me know when provincial nomination program allow applicant without Job offer ?

Dear saskatchewan only accept 250 such application and today I just checked its website, which display all 250 seats are full.

At this time there isn't any option. you must wait until another province decide to accept applications without job offer.

quebec does but you got to learn french ....
