Which Provinces don't require job offer for Nomination

Could you please tell me; which provinces don't need any job offer for Nomination. My NOC is 2174 and ITA score is 466

Is there any thread which talks about the current provinces which are currently accepting applications or in near future going to accept applications? Too much information and its really confusing. Also i hear that some provinces open for 3-4 days only and it closes due to applications reaching its maximum limit and might open after 6 months or so..

QSWP - next intake June the 13th, but you will miss it.
OINP - stopped for now.
SINP - intake closed.
NSNP - intake closed.
NBPNP - you can file EOI.

No. Saskatchewan requires a minimum one year work experience.

Manitoba is only accepting skilled workers overseas if they have a connection to manitoba like previous work, or studies or a relative or friend living there for not less than a year

I just checked though. They require you to have 60/100 points for them to consider you. I, however, can have just 56 points. It's so frustrating !

Not sure what to do :/

I just checked though. They require you to have 60/100 points for them to consider you. I, however, can have just 56 points. It's so frustrating !
