Slight Correction,CIC does not run the Provincial Nominee Programs,We of the various Provincial Goverment run them.Remember We are a Federal Country,So Some Immigration Programs are run by the Goverment of Canada and some are run by us Provinces

Not quite, even on PNPs the Feds have the last say.

As Usuall,You are correct,But the Feds only do the Medicals and Security Checks,But We Provinces screen whom we want to get and Quebec might have different ideas on who has the Final say on Immigration to Quebec.Cheers
