I from Pakistan and planning immigration to Canada through express entry. I am confused regarding the selection of NOC. Would you please help me out to choose NOC? Should I Choose NOC 2132- Mechanical Engineer or NOC 6221 Technical Sales Specialists- Wholesale Trade

Job Duties:
EPC Contractors Sales: Sole responsible for the sales to the EPC contractors (Existing clients and new clients)
Proposals/Tenders: Preparation/Submission of Technical/Commercial proposals, tenders & bids to private and government organizations.
Estimation: Project & Installation cost estimation.
Marketing: Developing marketing strategies with emphasize on new territory development.
Leading Sales Team: Leading sales team with responsibility to meet annual sales target with existing clients as well as new clients.
Budgeting/Forecasting: Preparing quarterly and annually sales forecast/budgets and presentations in budget meetings.
Planning: Project/material planning, cost and time deadline estimation, selection of raw material/product according to the project.
Manufacturing Coordination: Ensure the timely production/execution of order by follow up within the different departments.
Client/Site visits: Client visits for building relations, inside Saudi Araba and outside (Korea, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar).
Recommendations & Technical Briefings: Study of project design, recommendations, suggestions, technical briefings on product and alternate solutions.
Exhibitions: Responsible for organizing trade shows, exhibitions and developing market channels.
Business Strategies: Strategic planning for new business strategies adopted to change market conditions, new business opportunities, joint ventures and cost reduction strategies.
Vendor Dealing: Techno-commercial dealing at project bidding stage and during project execution.
Technical Documentation: ITB documents (Invitation to bid) and drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), MRs (Material Requisition), Raw material and product standards guidance to client/production & Planning team.
